Nice summary of how this muddled relationship is growing

Anyway I guess the game will us make believe the MC and Bella are made for each other, but already they didn´t recognize this irrefutable fact.

A little drawback of this story is, that the MC is so intensively pushed into Bella from beginning, so it´s hard to follow another relationship path despite there are so many beautiful and interesting girls around.
At the end of chap 5 another serious challenger popped out of the box unexpected: Zara - a comparable character to Bella.
I´m curious how this interesting relationship will develop in the upcoming chapters.........

I feel like Ocean has given us enough to establish the beginning of a relationship with: Bella, Victoria, Mila, Nami, Nia, and Zara (and with Nami, OC, there is a long-standing relationship of friends/siblings - patch dependent).

While I enjoy the MC Nami relationship - I see her as my trusted friend versus an LI (through CH 5)

I see Bella and Zara as LI's that I'm interested in pursuing (with Bella as the only real LI for me at this stage of the story).

I really like Zara and I am also looking forward to seeing she and the MC build a deeper relationship - friendship for now but with the chance to turn it into something more later (and hopefully soon...ish - like CH 6/7).

I'd like the MC/Zara relationship to evolve into something more than friendship and I think Ocean will give us this as he is, IMO, a very good storyteller.

I like the evolution of the MC/Zara relationship to date and am looking forward to some MC/Zara short scenes (now that they are living together) that will give them chances to get to know each other better as well as help each other and grow closer.

I know we don't even have CH 5 Full yet - but I am already anticipating CH 6!!

I admit I liked the tabletop session. In of itself, it was well executed with great ambient music. I know there is trepidation amongst players, since it delays the arrival of sexy times even further.

However, as you said, it potentially opens up a route with Sonya, whose secret crush on the MC is culturally unacceptable for her. Also, it opens up some hilarious times ahead when the MC gets around to playing the taboo tabletop edition in a barn full of women.

Besides, if the tabletop sessions eventually lead to the MC snorting cocaine of Sonya's tits instead of Coach Hill's, then it will be worth it. Sonya's journey to the dark side will be complete.

I think my problem with it is the pacing of it - Nika and Nami are just testing the waters, making friends and they've already done a deep dive into the game, the benefits to the plot are obvious in the long term though - exactly as you said

I have to agree with PaxHadrian17, it looks like we're playing different games. It's probably a matter of expectations though, if you're expecting a typical college porn game, the book club scene really feels out of place. But the thing is that SG seems to be something quite different.

What is important here is a story that develops on several levels simultaneously. The theme of rivalry and the struggle for power seems to be one of the central ones in the game. At first, Nika doesn’t understand at all what’s going on here. Gradually, getting to know other characters, communicating and socializing, he studies the environment in which he will live in the coming years. Colleges compete with each other. Athletes fight for their place on sports teams. Coaches are concurring for the best staff positions. Girls traditionally squabble among themselves, constantly trying to dominate each other.

Then, around the fourth chapter, Nika roughly learned his surroundings, figured out who is who, assesses his capabilities, and begins to compete for the better place in the local hierarchy.

Still, I can see why the book club scene might seem like a waste of time. This is when I treat SG like a porny college fuckfest where every female character is just a few holes for the MC to fuck. After all, that's the final goal. Then it’s really unclear why the hell bring in a bunch more sultry ladies if the MC can’t even mow the neighboring lawns.

Holes:

Mouth, Vagina, Anus = 3 holes per Female NPC (I left out the other 5 holes, 'cause that would be skull-fucking and that's just plain impolite)

Result:

There is a total of at least 180 holes to be penetrated by the MC's penis.

Recommendation:

I expect Ocean to introduce a running counter so we can tick off each and every hole penetrated as the game progresses... and, by God, they better all be raw by the end of the game. We are watching!

The battle royale between Nika and William Zane to be the biggest man-whore in the SG/WIAB-verse is the game we deserve!!! I hope there's no pencil-sharpener effect on Nika's dick, though.

I dont know how many years will it take to get a decent sex scenes and progression but every few weeks i replay just because of nami.
I wish dev just focuses on this game.I understand working alone is hard but we are getting old if every update takes like a year with multiple damn branches.I love the game btw

If one thinks rationally that will be the case: 1. either one dies before game is done, 2. game gets abandoned. No matter which, logic dictates that we will not experience the finished game. So our only hope is, that somehow we get enough content by the time the game gets abandoned or we die, cause in a finished state we won't see this one for sure. But I think this is something everyone knows here.

Well finally someone who thinks objectively.I really love the game but i dont know if it can be an excuse or not but patreon refuses my payment and i really want to support this game so he can see clearly that people expects progression for this game. I will buy the game on steam if he releases the chapter 6 before i get andropause.

I see another "rework" in the near future. It's apparent to me, the MC will turn into the worlds biggest cuck (next to Will), with how Bella is treating him. Actually, I've only found three changes that made the story a little better. The rest just felt like a shot in the foot for me.
