Sasha having training in MMA doesn't equal the private Miru techniques necessarily. I think it's too early to tell either way.

The earring isn't a specific sign of the Zane's, but of Leia's patronage/interests. Nami redhead could be Dylan's wild oats for all we know, Leia has no redhead gene with what Ocean mentioned about changes to WiaB (look at the recent devlogs in that thread, it's alarge topic, maybe 3-4 devlogs ago). No matter what the quality, I can still believe some choices are worse than others... personally Summer being absent keeps people wondering right? Why give that up, it worked for twin peaks and x-files right? It's free source of tension and intrigue that Ocean can mine as he digs deeper.
While I fully agree, and I have said it other times, a mystery is while as good as it reveals and Ocean has many in both os his stories. Not all of them needs to be reveled now or ever, but a story does not survives of only mystery, at some points he needs to start answer questions, I hope he can do it.

See, the question I have is what exactly is unravelling? Ocean has said old WiaB is not a guide for the new one since Ch1 rework appeared. What about the family situation is unravelled? We don't know the full story of why William left in current WiaB, we don't know much about the family relations other than Katie's allegations about William and Leia (which are still in play unless Ocean removes Leia as a LI). We've had one sentence about the change, and no actual info of how the Zane household is in Ch4, so it's crazy to say it's unravelled without actually seeing what direction Ocean's taking it. The only thing that has unravelled is people expectations based on the first version of WiaB. We have to see what Ch4 brings to the table to see if it has damaged more than expectations. I'm not denying the flow of the story will be different, but we can't judge it until we've played it.

Regardless of what happens with the Zanes, the Reveras and Petrovas had no convoluted family issues. Elena was only introduced in Ch6 and had a cameo, with a cinematic at the end, there was no romance with her yet. Donna was the only Revera unless William got her pregnant, and we haven't gotten that far into the story of the rework to know if that's going to happen or not. So those secrets of how William and Leia allied with Elena and Donna are still as mysterious as before the rework, because there's no reveals yet.

Mysteries of course can't multiply endlessly or we'll give up trying to understand. BUt some mysteries are more satisfying unsolved. Summer is one of those in my opinion. I like the idea of Nika uncovering more and more details, but never finding out the full story. At some point, reaching a decision to give up his LI or pursue the past, without any hint that he'll find Summer. Maybe it's foolish for me to hope for that narrative, but I like the idea.

I'm not saying that there won't need to be changes, but I think it won't actually require such a huge amount, as the story is barely established. Literally only the finger to the knuckle, we don't have an arm or a leg to go out on. People playing it who are new to chapter 4 won't know the difference. Yes, things will be lost, but that is one big danger of playing a work in progress - things change. I personally find that part fascinating, how things evolve. But I really should talk about that in WiaB's thread.
For me the changes in SG - particularly Nami, made her for the first time a character I could relate to. Some of these things are personal taste, so I can understand that a change (like Mila from slim to large) will make people feel like they've been baited and switched. But if you look now, there's barely any evidence that Mila was slim. People playing for the first time, well, it's their first impression. What we risk by playing early in the WIP stage is developing impressions of things that will be cut from development.

Oh I absolutely agree, I don't think it is all that important, was just indulging the ideia that the other member brought forward. About Miru and Leia, I partly agree, accept the family of the man you want to marry, even if you are unsure about them, is not at all the same as accept the bastard child of said man. Miru never wanted the open relationship, William (the player) has to press her on it, I am not saying that she would never accept William's - potentially - bastards child. I can certainly agree to those questions being important - the SUmmer thing becomes a trap to answer completely - most people will feel it is too weak a reason for Nika to have lost his horny ability over if she just got taken by her parents to a new school. I can imagine Emilio researching and coming up with a cold trail, things that hint but don't explain quite enough. Meanwhile we'll be busy finding out what kind of persons the Holgersons are, what happened to Bella's sister, what is in Nami's past that makes Nika need to tell Amber, what Nika's charge was for, the violent incident, Katie's interest, the earring. Those are all things that will fit like a jugsaw puzzle.
Regarding Ayua teaching techniques, we only hear about the secret technique while she's drinking, what if she is joking? Flirting? In WiaB, Miru doesn't mention secret techniquesjust her techniques. If she has secret skills she doesn't share, well, they're secret because she's not telling. I think the new Miru will have a more realistic past, definitely still violent, because of the knife throwing etc. I think she'll just be very good at beating people up, less of a cartoon ninja. But we will see, those are small mysteries that will probably start being explained sooner.

Vic being desperate - reject her every single time and see what she's like. She won't take no well. Although she seems open to sharing, I suspect she's rationalising to accomodate her fears of being alone. It's like when you leave after Maja gets you to come around, Vic is in tears because she is afraid she didn't make the connection with Nika, or something. She has also put him on a pedestal, fixated on him, maybe because he was there in the moment and she thinks he prevented her from being killed? She sees him as something extraordinary, and he's a link to how she was before the accident? Something is there.
The other relationship is the Benz's - we see Nadia and Zara get along, Zara talks with goth/pizza girl, but Zara seems quite separate from the others, but also fairly self sufficient. My guess is we'll start seeing more of the interactions through AUrora on the phone, and that will give us clearer indications of the way characters socialise. What would be great is if Ocean develops a bio that looks like a contact card in the phone, so we can keep track of the characters relations. Most games with large casts seem to do something similar.
I kinda feel that's pretty normal for her, it's not a raised eyebrows look, she appears to be staring straight ahead, slightly down at the bar in front of her not twisted left to look over at Nika and Ayua - look at her boddy in the following screens:
First shot we see, Robin has turned her body to greet them where they're standing at their table, Sasha's looking at the bar, this is before your screen shot. She doesn't appear to really move. We can clearly see Robin is turn to face them and Sasha isn't. In the screen shot you've posted, Sasha is looking straight.
She turns to Dwight on her left to get him to act as Ayua's on personal bouncer (because he's not paying any attention to Ayua making a mess of herself, even though Layla's worried from the bar), then looks back at where Ayua's making a mess of herself, we can see her turned to look.

Vic being desperate - reject her every single time and see what she's like. She won't take no well. Although she seems open to sharing, I suspect she's rationalising to accomodate her fears of being alone. It's like when you leave after Maja gets you to come around, Vic is in tears because she is afraid she didn't make the connection with Nika, or something. She has also put him on a pedestal, fixated on him, maybe because he was there in the moment and she thinks he prevented her from being killed? She sees him as something extraordinary, and he's a link to how she was before the accident? Something is there.
The other relationship is the Benz's - we see Nadia and Zara get along, Zara talks with goth/pizza girl, but Zara seems quite separate from the others, but also fairly self sufficient. My guess is we'll start seeing more of the interactions through AUrora on the phone, and that will give us clearer indications of the way characters socialise. What would be great is if Ocean develops a bio that looks like a contact card in the phone, so we can keep track of the characters relations. Most games with large casts seem to do something similar.
By the way, anyone notice the pole behind for dancing?
I have noted the same thing, now this is because of her or because of her family that she has those connections ? I think reserved is more appropriate than shy, Sonya is shy, Sasha just is comfortable in her position, don't know if I could make myself clear here but in my mind they are not quite the same thing.
But I do have. I mean, nobody takes a no well. I think that Vic takes as well as she could, when knowing you and Bella are a thing she even wants make sure that you are still up to it, quite mature, but nobody likes to know that their feelings are not reciprocate. Now about the rest I completely agree, she seems to be a little obsessed with him and not on a normal, starstruck way but as a little bit creppy. Less now. Before the rework Vic gave me all kinds of icky feelings, but now I just think that there is too much in her head and she is trying to make it all work by pushing through and at some point she will just collapse. There is just so many ways that she could go, I really like Vic and think she is sub estimated to a fault.
When I was written about Auya and Sasha was thinking the same thing. Zara and the Benz's seems oddly detached, the only friends Zara seems to have is Nadya and is not like a best friends type. Vanessa is girlfriends with Mario but it seems is more of a experiment on her part and we don't hear of friends and the like. Nick is just a good guy, trying to live is life, no relations that we know off with the dirty side of Wollust, and when I think of it... feels wrong. I kinda want to believe but when I think about it I get the feeling that we don't know of something.

We meet this artistic soul named Karen briefly in the 2nd chapter. What I find interesting about her is that I'm pretty sure I've seen somewhere before. I just don't know where to put her... Well, as for Karen, i wouldn't have problem where to put it

I don't think there is anything strange about a college bar having a pole for dancing.
When I was in college, one of the bars had 3 poles on an elevated dance floor (about 1/4 of the total dance floor) and lady's nights, where the women got in without a cover.
The boldest women danced on the elevated section of the dance floor, using the pole for support if they were not too drunk (and sometimes when they were...) and the guys bought them drinks.
I know from friends who were bartenders that those nights were some of the best for profits for that bar.
Skin to win was often the theme for any 'dance' contests and it was a great time to cut loose.

I think the opening night for the bar could be a great scene, especially if there are different variations depending on the LI path the MC is on.
