the problem is not in PC, but in the fact that Ocean started to get lazy and milk his fans.

i wouldnt say he milks his fans cause they throw money at him . which is everyones choice. and yes i would love faster updates also he is working on 2 of the best VN's and every update is normally huge.. lots of play time. but yes it does get fustrating because they are both so good lol
If this is called milking, what exactly are other AVN devs doing?

Here you are wrong. The fans give money for the development of SG, and not because Ocean has a beautiful smile and honest eyes. If you were right, the fans would be happy now, and would not curse Ocean and call him a liar. If you did not understand, then we are not talking about fans like you and me who get games for free, but about those who pay money. You can check on Patreon, people have started leaving Ocean again.

Imagine if he actually added some sex scenes. He could be getting 3x the money easy. Braindead people are easily parted with their money. Just yesterday on the other game's thread there was a dude who apparently played through all of SG and didn't even notice Katie makes an appearance. You have to be playing with what little brain you have completely turned off, no? Now multiply him by the thousands. You wouldn't give a child a Dostoiévski novel, but if you give them a picture book they will have the time of their life

Of course there are scammers on Patreon who milk their fans. But Ocean doesn't consider himself a scammer, he wants to be one of the best developers of games like DPC. And he would have achieved this without any problems if he hadn't broken the rules that can't be broken.
Why change the terminology? Other developers also promise to release a game by the end of the year, but instead do nothing and take fans' money? This fits the term "Milking", nothing to change.

Success is inevitable if Ocean works and stops lying and cheating. But if nothing changes, the game will exist for 3 years at best.
You do know that trolling is based on lies? And Ocean's theft and deception is a fact that anyone can verify, which means I can't be a troll by definition. Are you trying so hard to cover for Ocean that it seems like he's paying you to do it, or you just like kissing his ass?

)My comment was more a critique of the majority of the people who play these AVN's than the quality of Ocean's games. Which btw I agree with you it's way above that of the average AVN.
It actually fucking triggered me, reading that comment on the other thread. It also sadly dawned on me why the reviews are so high for both SG and WiAB. Most players don't care that much about plot or story or even the emotional depth of an AVN. They just like pretty renders and spicy scenes. The SG Dev Log will be released in a few hours, together with the first full set.
The Bella set (Seraphic Decay) will be the first one to be released. I'm currently replacing two of the renders as they aren't up to my standard.
Every set has around 8 - 11 renders. Half of them are in a fantasy world like you see on the cover.
The other half plays in the "real world" and shows what it might look like if you two left the party together and you're now at your/her place.
The plan was to release them all on Halloween, but I started too late, 3 days ago to be exact. Creating ~50 Wallpaper-level renders along with my daily render quota for the game might not have been the smartest move, but it was fun.
I also woke up an hour ago. My sleep schedule is now where it belongs... IN THE BIN!
Worth it. I came up with some cool sets.
