I don't know if you are only mobile or have access to a PC, but if you are on a PC you can easy register on discord with only a email.
Only the registration mask asks for either your email OR your mobile phone number.

This may be a bit contentious, but I'll never get why some people are so fixated on having incest in the AVN. I'm not going to put anyone down for their interests, because we're all adults here, but why consistently bring up something that's not in the AVN? I think I've seen someone say earlier that they wished for the MC to be able to romance Nojiko? Like I just found it a bit weird how insistent some people were with that particular topic lol. I'm curious how Oceans will handle MC talking to Nami in this next update. As it is now, they're adoptive siblings that have lived together for as long as they can remember. What difference does it make whether or not they're blood-related? Again, not attacking anyone for their interests, just curious.

Nami and MC also have somewhat of a normal sibling relationship(if you ignore her advances). I guess I may just like their semblance of a normal family. In the world of literature, 1 million words is really far from the limit. For example, the well-known "A Song of Ice and Fire" contains more than 1.7 million words, although it is not finished yet. Writing such big stories usually takes authors 10-20 years. But there is one small problem... SG this is not a book. Planning such a huge plot for AVN without serious support from patrons is too ambitious an act.

In IRL I never had interests in that fetish nor do I have now. It just started when I played games on f95 and in AVN at least I love it, maybe also because it makes the relationships more complicated. Most AVN relationships are not really fleshed out, so having the moral conflict is interesting especially if it is not just a horny teenager wanting to fuck his whole family - I really dislike that. As much as I can understand a certain love attraction between brother and sister at an age when sexuality is becoming predominant, I do not understand the sexual attraction between mother and son or father and daughter. The age gap is important and one of the protagonists is supposed to be mature and know how to control his erotic impulses. I say that but not having had a sister (nor a brother, for that matter), my opinion is of little value. However, I agree with you on the fact that many (too) of VNs use incest to satisfy a fringe of their supporters who are fond of this sexual peculiarity.

the taboo lies in overcoming an emotional bond with another of a completely different gender, the genetic link only matters from a medical point of view
if one 'accidentally' had sex with a girl one didn't know was his sister/aunt/cousin/mother what taboo would he challenge? it's the relationship that creates the taboo

If by popularized you mean it created a conversational bubble where incest among other topics was/is freely discussed, you probably have a defensible point. However, incest, while in a substantial minority, has been around as long as humans have walked the earth, and while uncommon it's far from rare. So maybe all the porn industry did was make it a more discussable topic.
