I get what you're saying but I think he's doing fine and will keep doing fine. There are plenty of creators focused on fully vanilla content that do very well. MrDots for example. If it really is as you say and he does not intend to go into darker tones in the future, focusing on, as you say, Steam mainstream vanilla experience. In my opinion, he is mercilessly overestimating the marketing reach of his games. What is he counting on? AVN is and will be a complete niche in the video game market from what I have seen, the most reviews that AVN game has on Steam is Fresh Woman with 15,000, what mainstream is he aiming at? Unless he dreams that his game will be some kind of breakthrough, the first game of this type that will really break through and become recognizable on a larger scale. It would make more sense not to impose any restrictions, aiming at a non-existent mainstream audience, but to do everything to make his game unique and offer an experience that you will not find in any other game of this type, focusing on its true audience of fans of the niche genre that is AVN
All I'm saying is Ocean clearly picked a lane and will most likely stick to it. So we should manage our expectations accordingly
Technically right but...I mean...THC gummy bears? Really? No "hardcore drugs" then.Remember Nika got high on Gummies at Bellas.
Also technically correct but...c'mon guys. That's hardly "violence". That type of content could feature in a kids schoolbook. Or am I just super desensitized? A scuffle with a couple of thrown punches and a hugging session with Bella is hardly what I'd classify as "violent" but ok. I'm not dying on this hillViolence is there too, Bella attacks Nika when he asks her about her sister and there's the fight with Zac?, I can't remember his name, the guy who likes Nami, when Nika ends up with a black eye.
