Question, but does Ayua ever interact with MC if you are not on Bella path?

Yes. You still get her at the bar, you still get her threatening you for triggering Bella, because those are part of the canon. You're still doing the project with Bella, she still asks about NIka's dick in the locker room, she's still around Sasha staring at NIka's groin while NIka's stretching before the basketball game etc.

Even if you chose every non romantic Bella choice, you still get a haircut. Ayua's not just Bella's friend, she's Sasha's as well, she knows Mila, and gets defensive about Nika possibly mistreading Mila etc.

Edit: THe training is based on Sai which is a canon event.

Looks like they're all wearing the same clothes they wore to class, except we haven't seen renders of Sasha or Nancy for that yet. Also, we've seen Nadia get squished by Bella, we've seen her pouting, now she has to deal with Nika groping Ayua, is Nadia going to be a cuckquean?

Considering the view from the windows, they are higher up than the ground floor. I had an impression that the bar is on the ground floor. I doubt Ocean would make a mistake with the outside scene set up.

Hang on, what drink menu? I see 2 black objects on each corner of the image, and to me seems to point out we're seeing part of a laptop screen backside.

Also, the bar has different decor. I've not seen those walls in the game as far as I can remember. The bar has white brick walls.

On another note it seems like the tax saga is ending together with the Workstation one. a pity I liked those almost as much as the games. Maybe we will enter the dedicated pc for animations now.

But when Nika's hand is under Ayua's skirt, it's because she put it there herself, drunk or not. Ayua is not a girl who'd let herself to be groped without permission and Nika is still not a guy who'd put his hand under a girls skirt himself even if he had the permission

However, what I noticed besides the girls is what it looks like a notebook PC on the table where Nadia is sitting and a projector with another notebook on the left. And what it looks like Nancy, Sasha and Nika are looking at the camera, they might be looking at the projector screen instead. Makes me think where exactly are they and what kind of an event is this. Looks more like a class or a conference room, or maybe it's the library? And how come Ayua is drunk there?

Maybe Katie entered the classroom or Nami did something stupid as usual.

I'm not sure there's any direct connection between the menus and the scene renders. We've got one for the student bar and one for the Divine Serpent (Leia's new club?) I can't imagine a table mounted projector in a bar, it'd be hanging from the ceiling.
