This is just kind of a bad question to begin with honestly.
Asking someone why they "like a specific genre" will never give you a satisfying answer.
Its like asking someone why they might like action/horror. Sure whiles you might get some superficial answers like "because i like the adrenaline rush that it gives me." that statement can be said for both genres and doesn't really give an insight as to why it is popular.
The ultimate answer is "because i like it." and yes that might not be a satisfying answer but its the only one that really rings true. You cannot ask someone to justify or explain their own personal preferences so that you may understand them, just live with the fact that it isn't for you and move on.
Please provide download links for Part 1 and Part 2, and also save the files because I can't find them.

was I not supposed to see any of the content in this update or is there another secret pigeon (other than the one at the end) somewhere that I am supposed to talk to, to get to see the whole picture?
I think the only way you could like NTR is having some mature way to enjoy works, the same goes for seinen stuff in manga and anime. Self-inserting in the protagonist is kinda childish (or I'd see it like that), and that's probably the source of guilty/sad emotion that u feel.Fuck i wish i hadn't touched this game...no offense to all those who like the genre (NTR), but what is there to like in it? the guilt is just unbearable! can someone clue me in on why is this genre so popular (in porn games, hentai etc)..?
I like and enjoy multiple genre of h-games if they are well made, being corruption one of my favorites (that's why I really like this game, and also because I hate kirito, lol.), but playing an ultra vanilla game will be kinda boring (usually because most of them are eroges/visual novels, and I don't like this click gameplay), I prefer vanilla stories on manga and anime.

I agree 100%, I find the point and click VN just so ultra boring no matter the genre. So that's one of the big reasons im love rpgm type games. It just keeps me engaged.
But when it comes to manga/anime nonporn stuff, I want happy vanilla endings since I'm more invested in those characters.
Funnily enough I think the opposite, I love VNs and almost no RPG maker porn games I have found come even closer Hentai-wise to a lot of the Eroges that are just click things, but then again it may be 'cause I care more for the Hentai than the story in those, lol (Ironic as for normal VNs I'm actually more engaged with the story and characters than almost any actual RPG has managed to get me, some major exceptions like Persona aside).
I guess it's a matter of tastes in the end, really, one can like their porn to still be as vanilla as their normal series (Or at least prefer it), or being the straight-up opposite...or just have flexible "morals" about it, really. Like, I legit prefer other genres over NTR and prefer seeing Kirito as the focus for SAO Hentai over any random NTR MC/ugly bastard/old man, but that doesn't mean I'm a vanilla/pure love fan, legit my favorite SAO doujin was one where Kirito was doing it with Asuna in SAO while IRL Suguha was raping him in the hospital and had gone full yandere for him, literally getting herself knocked up with his baby and the last page being her 'welcoming' Kazuto back IRL with a full Yandere Psycho face and a round belly telling him he was 'just in time' as 'it would be born very soon', LMAO (I find the idea of the other girls, especially Suguha, going just 'Screw Asuna' and attacking Kirito regardless of his wishes both very hilarious and hot, for some reason).
Sadly there are almost no reverse NTR/rape doujins or content of SAO, so I'm not very picky with its Hentai, but there can be people who are, is a big world after all XP

I know it's not the best but if you paid attention it should clearly say that you have to go to the library at school and talk with the receptionist girl there to get a package, then take it to the cafe where he and Suguha work (At least if you're at the part I think you are).
