You are right that the body proportions of the characters in the anime are drawn in different shapes and do not look realistic like in real life. I know that I should not relate the appearance of the shape of the body proportions to the real world, because each author and creator will draw the appearance of the character differently. For example, I watched such an arc in Boruto, Naruto had such a shape, pointed ears like a goblin xd
Same different body shapes proportions in LN/manga/VN and not even mention hentai

Also, irl, proportions change with age, diet, and physical activity, hormones.

The latest an update has come out would be close to 1230am JST which is about 2 and a half hours from now, so there's still potential it can pop up. Unfortunately for me it's 3am, so I probably gotta just go to bed and check back later. If the update goes live in a few minutes have fun everyone!

Pigeon only appears at the end of update. v0.45 ends at 6/19.
