Oberon and Titania are the king and queen of fairies in A Midsummer Night's Dream so of course that is name the villain uses their name in a game with fairy races.

I didn't know that the author took the names and inspiration from Oberon - King of the Fairies. Titania - Queen of the Fairies for the arc dance fairy. He named Asuna in the game as Titania, and Sugou in the game as Oberon

Oberon did not originally come from Shakespeare but rather from a French tale or song, I believe.
