I haven't downloaded the current version yet, waiting for v.80. But from what I've seen kirito is performing, sexualy. Is the getting a W for once.

Asuna didn't complain about his performance or size so it is definitely a W for Kirito. Whatever Suguha, Sinon, and maybe Administrator done for him it is showing results. Too bad is too little too late.

The discussion over the choices in the chapter beginning and Kirito masoquist/cuck FJ are nothing more then a prelude for things yet to come, the implemention was good, no, but was wrong also no.
Fujino need to justify the endings he choose and for that he need to change the narrative status quo, since the beginning he left clear that Kirito would lose and Asuna would end up as Inoda cum dump, and this end didn't change just the way how we would get there was mixed with several plot lines, Suguha, Sinon, Council/Admin now Fujino just bring back the Cukirito to front and center alongside Asuna/Inoda affair.
One example how he can justify Kirito masoquist/cuck is the influence from Sinon, Liz and Sugu.
Sinon is a dominatrix, Liz a Sadist and Sugu a stalker so when we choose to see the scenes between them, Kirito is always in a submissive/helpless situation, he's has being humiliated and raped several times, so with that in mind is not so weird he asking Asuna to humiliate him he's has being trained to be like that for a while now.
That means the endings can't be different? No, but they are on pair with the narrative so far he will end up as submissive masoquist/cuck to Asuna without knowing anything, or as a submissive masoquist/cuck fucktoy for Sinon and or Suguha because that's how Fujino build the narrative, the only certainty here is NTR is not avoidable, so pick your poison.
But who knows maybe Fujino surprise us all, with some alternative ending.

Feel's good to see people writing literally what i was thinking. I have seen soooo much game here have way more money and produce way less animations in an update cycle of 3-6 month lol. And you didn't even mention the fact that he does all that WHILE working ! The man moved to another country to continue the game and is doing the game outside of work hours in japan of all country (we know how work environment is there) so yeah it's a cool to criticize the update ect but people calling lazy is waaaaaay too harsh

Well it's not impossible but that's a lot of work to put sound for each GIFs this late in the making of this game, i'm not sure it would turn out alright either.
Was there a lot of new event that are not in Fujino rec.room? Is it what you are looking for specifically?
I think a read a post saying the scene with Liz spanking Inoda's butt is not in the Rec.room yet.
I can try hunting for a scripted event if we have a 2months release. Just give a save where the event start.
I would like to notice a very interesting fact about Yui.
In the original, Kirito created software for Yui and a special camera so that she could watch a real life.
I think this is one of the ideal ways by which Kirito could continue to spy on the sexual life of Inoda and Asuna. Moreover, this can be like in reality,

I think it would be a logical move that would continue the line of the camera, which followed life at the hotel at Asuna and Inoda.

There should be more scenes than that. If the current Asuna room fills up then Fujino can just make a Room 2. The real limit will be there are only 40 slots for animation scenes and we already used 32! Once those fill up Fujino can't add anymore new scenes as I understand it.
No new scene for her but Suguha does make a surprise one CG appearance in a Asuna scene.
