He doesn't really have a character flaw: he's good-looking and kind and honest and brave and strong, and he's the hero who saves the day, and all the girls want him, and he has a loving steady girlfriend (who is also good-looking and kind and honest and brave and strong). Really, the male viewer should want to BE Kirito.
