Dang, looks like I missed an update from Version 17 to version 19, what's the best way to update now to the latest version? I assume I can't just download the v.19 to v.21 update, right?

The JoiPlay savefiles are hidden in the root of the gamefolder. You need a file browser that can show you hidden files or just download savefiles from here and extract it into the gamefolder and add/overwrite them.

You can download the latest Joiplay-savegames from AnonimeGamer and extract the zip-file in the gamefolder. You can extract the zip-file in Android or with Windows/Linux onto your Phone/Tablet.

Where do I find the Oracle? I have an Oracle icon, pressing it she tells me to open the inventory and ask her there. But where is the inventory? I thougt i hade the oracle icon in the inventory??
