Not in this case it isn't. The logical place for it to have been moved is its own thread on the mods subforum, but search reveals no such thing, and just setting to search everywhere for 'symphony serpent video mod' doesn't give anything useful either.

ETA: looks like the modder got pissy about having one of their comments moderated and pulled a "screw you guys, I'm going home". The "better place" it would appear isn't even on F95.

Don Kilot left F95 and took all his mods with him.

Nothing to to with the Devs from my understanding of the situation.
Yeah thats what i am thinking too because most of the pirated websites like this get operated from the countries where copyright laws are trash or none to exist so in that case developer cant do anything legally.

Absolutely nothing to do with NLT. The HD mod was moved by its creator to a discord to get away from a certain troll in this thread.

Also on your copy right law remark. All websites are hosted on a server, which are typically purchased from a agency who rents the servers from a company like Go Daddy. A developer with a lawyer could easily follow the chain of command and issue a site takedown. The whole copy right law doesnt apply in certain countries is a load of rubbish. A site takedown can be done globally, and if it happens 1-2 days a month, it would create a big enough lose of revenue for the site to change. As sites like these rely on ads, and these ads wont pay if the site is down.
