So I'm still even odds or 2:1 in my favor.

I could take some valuable time and chart the abandonment based upon time in development (e.g. rate of abandonment in each year of development to show when the peak is and therefore better calculate odds). However, since he has already been developing for 5 years, I think he has a pretty good track record in endurance to this point. But I agree that we will see in two years.

No man, It's my theory that Uber has spent way to much time rewriting this game, feels like some type of rewrite happens every 2nd-3rd update (maybe hyperbole but thats what it feels like to me), that if he had just made the game he originally envisioned it would already be finished and be onto the sequel by now.

Every Update I'm waiting with baited breath the see what he's changed now, this dual Game bullshit is just the latest incarnation, then will come the trio games to account for the Bro route, then it'll get merged again when they realise how stupid the split was to begin with, then there will be another half dozen rewrites to fix all the deviations caused by two different writers.

PS I am never the same Stil996, I die every day and am reborn every morning... except when I get drunk, then the cycle just speeds up

As for the rewriting part it sounds like you have never tried writing before.
If someone tells you they wrote a whole book or a game in one go they are LIARS it's a part of the process like when you first tried to learn maths or other subjects.
You try things make errors, try to learn from them & sometimes you have to restart from scratch.
BUT there is one thing different with writing you have to quit writing from time to time to have a fresh look on what you wrote.
Only then you are able to spot story errors,cheesy stuff and other things.
We don't have the full picture only UberPie has it so we can't judge.

more like 50/50 odds and a five year development time is not a good thing

If im seeing right the game its on its 5th year in development and we still not that far with the game, if i recall 2 reworks i think, not much progression with characters, only a few had their story progressed, like cleaning lady from school which had the most progression i think, but not gonna lie this kinda looking like Innoncent witches in a certain way, but atleast they showing work being done, i just hope in the future the development gets better after this update, and a tip of advice to Uber dont use AI for your game it will ruin the quality and essence of the game.

Uberpie is one of the few developers who appears to use percentage of full story to name his version. There have not been 89 minor versions of the game. So, unless something changes, 89% of the major storyline (of the cabal, etc) is completed. For those of us who have followed the development for several years, the volume of content in each release seems consistent with this, as well. There are still the different route(s) and additional content for different NPC quest lines that may appear, but the climax might be on the near horizon. Caveat emptor: this has neither been confirmed nor denied by Uberpie that I am aware of.

Since you don't share any specs of your system:

• Make sure your OS is up to date with all Microsoft Windows updates and if you are using something older than Windows 10 64bit, I suggest moving up*
• Make sure your video drivers are up to date with the latest drivers from your video card manufacturer
• If you have less than 8 GB RAM, you could have a problem
• If you don't have sufficient free space on your HD, you could have a problem

Think there were plans for it but nothing atm.. Not sure any of the old plans are still in affect now though.

Particularly this update because they are building two versions at once.

There are thousands of games on F95 - enjoy some more of them while you wait. Or read a book, take walks in the park, have meaningful conversations with friends and family, learn Ren'Py or Unity and make your own game... so may options.
