Correct. This game was originally titled "Family Tales" but Uberpie had to change the name and relationships of the MC with Mary and Tiffany in order to remain on Patreon back in the beginning of development.

Steam rules are all over the place, sometimes they allow content that is banned on THIS FORUM (lolicon,shota, etc.) and sometimes they are strict (but afaik they have been lax more recently). I don't think steam would have stricter guidelines than pareon ever so yeah, he could if he wanted.

Yea that I've noticed, steam have weird policy in place which apparently allows Loli Shota content on their platform but apparently a game that does your taxes for you is a insta ban hammer. Though in my opinion, I do think a game like taffy tales will benefit from steam. It Uberpie could put up his dlcs as extras but I do appreciate his approach in thinking about his fans and not being greedy

That would be amazing if they just rewrote it so she's his "caretaker" or something (with replaceable title of course). This scene would be so good after we already saw Danny masturbating to his mom's ass. But very unfortunate that I doubt we'll ever see it happen. It would actually revitalize Clara as she's been so boring for a while now cause they've run out of ideas for her since she just fucks the MC and that's it.
