Ok, so it's the "patreon-only" version from last September, which is the similar version to that which is already here. It's not a latest version (the "B" just means it's a variation of the same version, either with bug fixes, slightly modified content, etc).
The difference being that there would be some modified or added art to the same scenes already here. There have been a few requests for it in the thread. Shouldn't judge much by the difference in download file size between the pornova links for the RAR and the links here for the ZIP file. Since the pornova downloads are to get people to buy premium accounts, etc - it is most likely less compressed not significantly more content.

Cancel your Patreon subscription if you feel it's a problem. Personally, I'd rather not see developers subjected to the kind of grind light novel authors work under--and games with weekly/monthly releases get complaints about the dearth of new content in each new version. Also:

I know there are a few financial donors in the thread, but they seem not to bitch about the updates here, unlike those getting it for free.

Also, two updates per year at this point for this game is about right and it has been that way for the past 2-1/2 years.
  • v0.68.2a came out in September (6 months after)
  • v0.47.5a came out around March (7 months after)
  • v0.22.0a was about August 2020 (4 months after)
  • v0.17.0a was around April 2020 (5 months after)
  • v0.14.3a November 2019
Keep an eye on March/April 2022 ... but don't be surprised if it goes a bit longer. The more content in the game adds more expectations for content to be added because of the various storylines involved.

It's like a branching tree ... the trunk being the base of the game and everything else grows in volume and complexity up from that.

And there are thousands ... literally ... over 10,000 other options to enjoy on this site during the wait. As well as so many other things one can do while waiting, like seeing movies, reading books, going outside.

I need help. I loaded up a save, finished a scene and then I got a black screen with UI still visible. I can go to menu but I cannot progress from there.

To let you know, there is a search box in the upper right hand corner of every page in a thread. It defaults to only searching that thread (you can change it to the entire site, etc). But searching this thread for: skip mini game
brings up results, and when sorted by most recent date in your account settings, the top result gives you the code.

Doing the same for: beat ice rink -- the results page pops up and the first result after yours (2nd result, overall) gives you the information about your monitor's refresh rate that you are looking for in order to beat the minigame.

I see your account is listed as less than a month old, so I assume you weren't aware of the helpful search function on this site. Hopefully this helps you in the future and gets you your answers within moments, rather than having to wait for someone to respond (depending on the game, it can take days ... or longer).

you've noticed more and more Darnell and him seem to be growing closer, but you're not sure why?
The only thing you do know, is it's probably going to be bad news for everyone else.
Outside of his sadistic tendancies and manipulations, not many people seem to know much about Roger.
There's been all sorts of 'rumors' about some of the terrible things he's done, but no one really knows for sure the truth from the lies anymore.
But even if half of the rumors about him are true, it'd be wise to stay as far away as possible
