For now there is only one rout so yes, but that is part of his charm! The upcoming update may change things a little but I would not expect Beta MC until the NTR rout is inserted into the game which is supposed to be once the mainrout(current rout) is finished.

5 As of right now it has no NTR rout , it will be separate rout and totally avoidable if you want. The choice descriptions are very clear so avoiding or going down that rout will be obvious same goes for Trap content , no one knows what the update coming soon will bring but in the past they had said they would finish the non NTR rout first so presently there really is very little of it I have read there is one scene don't know what it is did not play that part, there is some Trap content currently not sure how much I did not play that part my self.
