Uberpie has his reasons, but starting from scratch while the game is so popular and hyped was a mistake. While there were many people who played the game and wanted to test new routes by waiting for new stories, he decided to polish the old game. The audience who played the game did not like the new visuals and started to think that it was a waste of time, so he lost some of his audience. Polishing may bring more players to the game, but it also angered and alienated those who loved and followed the game. Although he had good material, he preferred to develop it instead of advancing it. As a result, if he does not progress the story well and does not put things in place quickly, it may end up on the dusty shelves of the library. From what I see, he is trying to take matters into his own hands, fix it quickly and put things in order. One of the first steps to take for this is to take a look at the NTR route that people have been asking for for a long time and give the game a new breath, but from what I see, the visuals are still not at the desired level. I don't know how he will find a solution to this, but I think he knows and he will definitely fix it. We are currently in 2025 but we are playing the 2020 game, this shows that we are 5 years behind, but if we go back 3-4 months, we are 5 years ahead, the contradiction I want to explain starts here. The game needs to receive fast updates and catch up with the current version as soon as possible. When I start seeing light in the game, I will support it on its own behalf, but right now I prefer to be on the criticizing side. It should release season 2 as soon as possible and care about the NTR part, it should move fast while it has a unique game in the market.

As you can see in the list copied from my FAQ, Uberpie doesn't do fast updates.

The content per year of updates hasn't changed, really (except for now that they are doing the Redux and v0.82.4/v0.85.1 had very little new content outside of the "small talks").

The release of Season 2 Redux is months and months away. While I am not going to estimate it taking as long as it did for Season 1 Redux, it could be a couple months shorter, it could be the same, it could be a couple months longer. But it's only been 2 months since Season 1 release, and barely 6 weeks since the announcement that they started work on Season 2. If you look over the posts from them since that announcement, a lot of that work was on making a DSLite censored version of Season 1 Redux and adding "physics" to Season 1 Redux.

The answer is "who knows" - which was plain and clear from the 23 words I used in my reply to you. But you say you are busy... too busy to read 23 words.

Because what Uberpie says one day may easily change one week from now. Content that he says will be in an update may not actually end up in that update when it finally comes out (see v0.95.7 with Gerda and Danny's content - or lack thereof, as an example). He will say things will be developed simultaneously from thereon out, and then an update later ditch that commitment. He will introduce new features in one update, while ignoring features introduced in a previous update (see the whole fiasco with "choose a character" to add multi-protagonist features).

What happens will only be known when an update releases. Anything before that is speculation, guesswork, and randomness. The optional sissification of Peter may be a route advanced in Season 2 Redux, it may not be. Even if tomorrow Uberpie announced it will be - that is not a guarantee because of Uberpie's past performance with announcements. The same can be said in reverse: if tomorrow Uberpie announced that the optional sissification of Peter will only ever be that one optional scene in the bathroom - that also is not a guarantee.

The answer is "just wait and see" because no one knows. Not even Uberpie knows.

Now, I just used more than 10x the words to say the same thing I said initially to you. If you were too busy to read 23 words, perhaps the length of this response will cause enough alarm that you will bother to take a moment to read them, thus taking more time from your hectic day, Mr. President.

Great question. It all depends upon what you want to do.

Do you want to play a version with a lot of content? Go play v0.89.8 "Seasons 1-4" and then v1.07.3 "Season 5"
If you strictly want a netorare playthrough, play the short completely optional and separate netorare route in v1.07.3 "Season 5"
Do you want to see 4k images and video with some additional content added of the first 20-30% of the game? Play Season 1 Redux.

Yeah, based upon where that Peter and Mary content is in v0.89.8, I doubt it will make it in Season 2 Redux. Maybe Season 3 Redux. But who knows. Not going to predict.

But if people want that content, they can play it already in the non-Redux versions already available
