its not an update its a bugfix patch but they somehow thought was right to increase the version alot and call it a uipdate and not a bugfix.
Not all updates mean new content (some are purely technical), though I'm suspicious about exactly what has been updated, so far it does seem more like a bug fix than an update.
Okay.. i have a quest of spying on the girls(priscilla & becca) for a little. I tried eveything(the mall, priscilla's pool, school) but i can't continue the quest. Anyone could tell me a guide?

I don't understand what are your problems. I finished the reworked version with 100% completeness. Zero bugs whatsoever. People come here complaining about "bugs", when in reality they can't think for themselves...
Retrieving a ball for Tiffany that I hadn't lost yet felt like a possible bug, to be fair. And then after retrieving the ball getting another quest to retrieve the ball I already retrieved.
there was one in the changing rooms, though that might be the same as the showers I don't remeber, and maybe one in the mall though that might just be side filler.
There were a couple in the stables I think

For the first quest, the phone at MC's room, Violet booty call
The second, inside mall, right hand of exit there is a location called Pink Ice
okay i'm having trouble with "where did Mary put my sports outfit" quest. Is there something else I have to do to activate it?

No. there is no new save to unlock
This is because the last update only remade the early plot instead of adding new content in the end.
The unlocked saves are for the "new content". that is if you download v0.6 it would have a patreon code to unlock a save that starts out with all the 0.5 content done, so you can immediately get to the new 0.6 content.
Since this time the new content is the start of the game it was deemed redundant by the author.
