Just talk to the queen, she is standing between baloons, if she is not there you should continue the main quest.

I would tell you what to do if i knew what was the last quest you did, as i can't read this.

If you downloaded unpacked version try downloading normal updated version, it have more stuff translated and it have fixed a game breaking bug that will block you later anyway.

Wow, just wow. I'm afraid that "not very good" is an understatement or a joke.
In case it's not a joke (it's beyond me how did you end up here on this site if that's true), use 7zip or winrar and watch some youtube guides or google.
