There could potentially be a gender change feature that happens in-game (even after initial character creation) if the pronoun choice feature gets developed and implemented, since there is indeed the possibility that Alma's Feminization Training could be tied to it in future. But entire sex changes, no, this is not a game where Hiro will have pusspuss. Alma lost her licence the last time she tried that.
Adventure Mode: Go, make a custom character and venture across the land accepting quests and eventually vanquish the Demon King! Meet interesting folk, fuck and date them, become a powerful hero, then become lost in the lust and ass.

We've got some good stuff this time - a new piece for the Dark Knight of her crowing over her "accomplishments" up in Hiro's butthole, some new and expanded Ettin endings, and some new immersive sounds for the Catgirl and Kitsune encounters. We're also most of the way through some new Dark Knight stuff as well that'll also be utilizing the new art.
The camp background animations are almost done, so they'll definitely be in next week - just a few minor issues we wanted to clean up first, and we wanted to break up the animations with some new art, as well.

So I've long stopped following the development of this game, but did they ever get around to modifying the combat?
Early on it just kinda felt like it was both too simple and too complex with them giving a whole bunch of attacks but only a handful being actually useful.

There was a combat update that balanced certain strategies, added new status effects you could combo from similar to Lewd Energy and they improved Magic to make it more viable. Alongside that, they made more sex moves have advantages/disadvantages to consider and made equipment weight a mechanic to prevent Agility Pures using Tank Gear with no downsides. Two Handed weapons and an option to wield a dagger in your offhand to do more damage & reduce your block while making Parry more effective(iirc)
