I doubt it, because there's probably not much demand. I'd bet that most guys playing with a female MC are looking for lesbian content, i.e. trying to avoid having a bunch of naked dudes on their screen while they are fapping. Guys who want to look at dicks will just play a male MC.
The dev has on discord responded to another player with the same bug:

Can someone please tell me where the game files would be on my phone I can't find the folder, tried typing in various things it's like it doesn't exist.

I think you're mistaken. It's more interesting than this. Only lesbian with male MC and only (male) harem with female MC, and also a few snakes and horses, and maybe wolves, I don't remember.

Who can pass me a game with everything unlocked? It doesn't work for me when unlocking the gallery.
So the mod is not working for me in the 0.4.1 version of the game. I dont realy mind but it would be cool if it worked.

yea but even doing things like meditating, passing the time and interacting with party members wont bring the nodes back

I like the game so far, the graphics aren't bad, the artwork is quite decent. The only problem I have so far is that there is more content for the female MC then there is for the make MC, playing as a female you get lesbian, futa, bestiality and straight, but playing as a male you only have straight (the closest the male MC gets to bestiality in the latest version is with the centauress), and for some reason playing as a female MC, mol the goblin helps you with the goblin leader but doesn't help with the male MC.
But other than that they did a decent job.
Hopefully this changes by the time the game becomes a finished product.

It's very "porn game". Early on, it feels like it's kinda an adventure story, with genuinely some sort of adventure gameplay that makes you think about what you do, and when and how. And then more and more it's just "get another porn scene". I kinda get it, and they tend to be fun and visually nice, but it tends to feel a bit messy and ridiculous nonetheless.
