If you read the first post, there is an android port for version 13. I covered this in prior replies as well. that version was made by someone who liked the game, not the developer, but it is playable on android if you want to.

Bet the updates take some time to come out because the dev needs to come up with new ways to push the envelope and new way to add fetishes without being repetitive.

It's being remade apparently; however progress on it right now is barebones as the story and plot are being fleshed out alongside the Modlist being rebuilt.
