waiting for 20 years? be prepared for a long wait. how can dev be "burned out" when he hasn't accomplished anything in years. being burned out usually involves working.
I think we might be waiting for nothing though... Well "nothing" as in not progressing the story which would be Terminal Desires 0.11 because he did say everything he does in those 0.10 betas will not progress the story and guess what?

GTA6 before Terminal Desires 0.11 might be real.
Besides the game, he also makes comics/art so that's probably a reason on why he is taking a while to work on the game.

A good deal of the build versions were never supposed have gone public, but they did because they were leaked. To be more specific, only the full version releases went public.
Just over-promising and under-delivering as always. I'll believe 7 builds when it happens. 1 is more likely. Better to expect nothing from this dev, as that is what he historically delivers (along with a huge dose of excuses).
