I've finished the game this afternoon and he hasn't uses "strength" or "rush", the superpowers he has acquired so far a single time. And there are like 15 superpowers or so you can unlock...

By the way, how often is this game updated? I know used to be update maybe a couple of times a year, but I think lately the updates have been kinda monthly. Is that so?
1. he hasn't needed any (that's the problem with superpowers, only few get mostly used).
2. usually every couple months.
That's the point: why the dev creates that system with superpowers, control and other stats, if they are barely used, or aren't?
I feel like there should be at least some training montage or something like this existing for every superpower the mc aquires

Its just annoying to learn powers and the mc isnt even trying them out a single time lol. He's in life threatening situations from the get go and you can even state his desire as "power" but he doesnt seem curious about his powers at all
cause might get used in future (rebirth suffered from same thing). not even current superman used all his powers, mostly superstrength and then heat vision and rest occasionally (prev. supermen used other powers than strength more often).
The plot isn't in an early state. There have been a good number of quest already and he hasn't used those powers. In the future? What happens is the dev is still thinking how he can introduce those superpowers, the money and most of the stats in the plot. I think the guy should just ditch all that and do a VN with choices, that's all. He has been too ambitious with all those stats and superpowers. And there are like 15 or 20 of them!
While I definitely agree with what you all have said, I'm still waiting to see what comes in the game. The story is really only just getting started (established tension between factions and set up the basic conflict / mystery for the vampire portion of the MC's story). Yes, there have been many events already, but it feels like there's still a long way to go before the story is finished. I agree that things aren't exactly in an early state, but they definitely aren't all that far along, actually. Since this isn't from the team that did the game cxx mentioned, I have higher hopes that this will actually have a story that progresses decently and has a satisfying conclusion.

If in a general sense the plot progresses like I would expect, there will almost certainly be fighting with other vampires, for example, which would then give the MC a chance to use Strength and Rush. I honestly would be surprised if the MC used his abilities more often, though. From more of a "realism" perspective (as realistic as a story about vampires can actually be), practically everybody learns many things that get seldom used thereafter. What percentage of people learn mathematics and then regularly use anything beyond basic arithmetic? How many people as students learn philosophy or writing theory in required classes and then throughout their life often apply that information?

Obviously, it's a bit different in a story because those skills become a focus of the audience: why have them if they aren't used? But I still wouldn't expect opportunities to arise all the time for the skills the MC gains. To try to have those applied frequently would make the story feel forced, such as having nearly constant fighting just to make use of fighting skills. All of this said, though, I do think the dev could work into conversations, meetings, etc., more opportunities for skills beyond persuasion / manipulation. Hopefully we'll see more of that as the game progresses.

i agree with you but in the end it's up to dev. mc might need his other powers when things get heated on his and arbitrator's investion.

Classic case of someone wanting to make a complex game like actual game development studio's do but with neither the time, skill or finances.

This would be so far along now, with no bugs if it was a straight VN with choices and branching without all the unnecessary bloatware mechanics and complex script. This has always been better than Rebirth, and is the story/VN Rebirth should have been....

....but here we are almost 4 years later....the devs insistence to not drop all the crap is costing him and everyone else.
