I have searched all past info and I have done everything I can but still can't solve it ,until I use Save Editor change Bella's stage from 4 to 5 ,good news is the part of Bella can move on ,but the bad news is when it tells me waiting for Bella visit, I still can't see Bella in cheap Apt,yeap,still stuck in it.Always Jacqueline, I really hate her ,at least,for now.Absolutely,it is a bug ,I need play a new game,and use the cheats as few as possible. Thx for help.

Let's say it's not a bug. You just have to leave the apartment and come back around 12. As for cheats, I've been playing without them for a long time now because the gameplay is much easier, at least for me. And considering that I don't like any of the female characters, especially Maria and Britgett, the game goes like clockwork .

As far as I remember, there were no special problems there. High level of relations with her. High reputation. Then, going through the options in the conversation, it happened almost immediately, considering that I was playing with cheats then, which complicates the process .

If this is somehow related to timing, then only one thing comes to mind: your antivirus has updated and considered this program malicious.

You can, of course, try to reinstall the game and run it with old saves.
