no, these are obtainable by searching for equipments on the floor 13th of The Border in the wastelands.

no, these are obtainable by searching for equipments on the floor 13th of The Border in the wastelands.

For some reason, they are the ones that drop from it, but the Raspberry Barjat Cape doesn't drop at all.
