I've never once been able to start it. But had no idea you had to work at the bar a bunch to start it. I thought you just kept doing the bus rides until it triggered.

I believe doing bus rides along with working in the bar and chatting with her triggers the start of the event, where she (Robin) starts talking about her childhood.
I'm pretty sure that's deliberate, since you'd want to put your hair up playing sports/exercising to keep it out of the way.
Probably, i a little incorrectly expressed. The hairstyle does not change when you change a outfit to sportswear (top and shorts for example) or vice versa. But hairstyle changes as it should if remove and immediately put on top (or outfit if changed to outfit) after.
I think we need more customization options like more hairstyles, eye shapes, pubic hair styles, new tattoos etc... but it is tedious work considering the amount of content already in the game so it's understandable if the dev would rather not make any additions to character customization.

The quest is incomplete. No idea when it will be completed because it generally isn't popular.
Newer art and I don't seen to make considerations for so many variations when it comes to some chracters.

That is dumb, especially If at the same time you get her commenting on how she wants to get some when she is crazy horny. but then auto blocks it.
