The Fixer v0.3.3.04
You can edit your character there, save then switch to the new version and load that save as a temporary workaround until it gets fixed.

I can't get this to work, when I load I get an error about a color picker?

Skin colour has been gravitating towards left side: altering itself.
Not sure if because of use of Cheat menu.

I noticed this as well, technically you can by using URM, search for npc_race and change the number stored in that variable.

You'll need to fiddle around with it to get what you want, but iirc 1 is white and 5 or 6 is asian.

On a related note, are there yet any blindfold or handcuffs in the game that might also give the 'victim' property?

What does Danger Limit in Cheat do?

When you enable Danger Days it takes a while to ramp up the danger until it hits maximum.
Danger Limit removes the ramp-up, and immediately sets danger to max.

I got the notification of Sammy thinking to check up on her but otherwise there's nothing to go on.
Is this an issue with using a save from an older version?

Being able to find clothing makes the game even easier.
Less point in fashioning something from cloth scraps.
Bus art seems less crowded.
Feels less like an uh-oh dangerous apocalyptic situation and more like a willing slut playground.
