I say depends who you ask for me id say yes cause I play AVN's on the slower side and this would take me 1-2 days to finish. If you mean sexual content there is some but not alot of it, more story focused. Tho I think the next update might be somewhat soon so might be worth waiting.

Is it though? It seem like that explanation/excuse about it taking six months was posted a month ago. "Sorry it took half a year. You're cool with waiting another month, right?". The game is moving slow enough as it is but now it's just glacial. Maybe it's just me.

Nope, you would have got a download in your client if so. Probably come out after the beta is done or will be a small delay, you can also check the Steam page for information.
Because they released the beta to the 15 dollar tier 6 days ago and just opened the non beta episode version to the $10 tier yesterday.
