Friends, I scrolled through the pages a bit, but I had difficulty understanding. Are there male characters in this game who interact with girls other than us? (sharing etc.)

No, there are almost no other male characters at all. One other male teacher tries to get somewhere with one of the pupils, but nothing comes of it.

Sandbox is the main mechanic. There are a few longer kinetic events, with a late chapter 2 event being a in-game week of kinetic, but make no mistake, if you don't like sandboxes you will not like this.
There is an in-game quest guide and a stupidly detailed walkthrough linked from the first post. If you don't want to do any discovery or thinking you certainly can.

It's a heavy (but easy) sandbox game. I've played some that are terribly grindy and awful because there's no indication of what to do and you have to repeat stuff a lot to build up money, or experience, or something. I personally don't think this is like that (but I could see how others might...).
You have a bunch of quests, split into smaller tasks, and they will often tell you to do things on a certain day and time (morning, afternoon, evening, night - as opposed to anything more specific). You go through the day basically doing one thing per time period, though you can skip periods or whole days. During those time periods, you can choose to spend time in your office, teaching class, coaching sport, patrolling the school grounds, and events will come up for whichever you choose. In the evening, other options are available, such as spying on the girls' dorms or visiting other teachers' homes. Once you get to a certain point, you will start to see the same events again, as there are only a finite number of them.
There's an element of management to it as well, as you need to keep discipline and morale high to avoid a game over, and also to allow new rules to be unlocked. Influence over the other teachers comes into that as well, and there's a horniness factor for the students, too. So there's a lot to it, but personally, I find just following the staff/student/general quests cover everything else for you, so it doesn't feel like a grind. If you're completing the quests, I find the rest of it looks after itself, especially once you get far enough in to have a good number for the discipline and morale.

But this isn’t just any boy. He was named one of the smartest in the country, even wining the recent science olympiad, and on his way to a great career. However, he had recently been abused by an ex-girlfriend, leaving traumatized and unable to complete his studies. It also made him extremely distrusting of women all together.
The owners, fearing the loss of great potential, decide to enroll him here, to finish his studies and try to get comfortable with girls again.
Being taken in, he is proven to be a great addition, even able to help tutor girls like Alice and Faye, and give assistance to Ms.Chang’s experiments. And maybe he’ll be able to start having fun with the girls too
