To unlock all of those question, just progress fame and grind, ALOT of grind in those web cam and parlor, eventualy will open the new options.
Walk to the light switch on right side door turn it off then go the door then go left side wait for the guard to come in then go behind him.
The answer, as with so much in this game, is to just keep grinding. After you see the exact same unchanged failure scene enough times, if you keep coming back despite absolutely no indication that you're making any kind of progress, it will abruptly transition to a considerably more extreme scene with no buildup. Then if there's another stage after they you repeat the process by blindly grinding at it for another week or so.
Problem is, there's generally no indication of whether you've reached the end of the chain, if the next stage hasn't been added to the game-in-progress yet, if you need to leave and do something unrelated first, or if you just need to keep hammering away at it. And every attempt will cost you a few minutes of real-world time.
