I love this game, but for the past year it's been treading water with absolutely nothing new.

the old save isn't working. it didn't show even put in the right folder. can some1 upload a new save

Well good news is the game is updated. Bad news is that it's unplayable: mouse doesn't show up when starting the game and no keys are working because there's a new window letting everyone know that the game is coming to steam soon. Yes I tried mashing the keyboard hoping something would work, no luck.

same thing, you close the window, load the old save/start a new one, the stats window pops up all by itself

Good ,I started new again and went to tower quicksave and I completed all the objectives and it said more on 2024. I thought I might have something wrong.

It's a side scroller in the sense of you move the character left and right in a 2.5D space to explore sometimes. It's not a platformer or a running/escape thing. Purely how you navigate half the world.
