This game had a lot of potential, but... potential was really all it had and the execution was lacking, in my opinion.
Given that its main source of inspiration seemed to be those old-school "magic shop" games where you'd pick two potion ingredients/magic words/etc. and see what outcome you'd get, this game was a little too complex on all fronts for that formula. In those you'd only have to pick two things and instantly see results, allowing for rapid-fire experimentation. Instead, this game had multiple layers of puzzle-solving for its gameplay with the chance to outright fail if you didn't do something right, but still wasn't anything exciting.
Now, a "magic shop" game where the resulting scenes are more complex than just a single pose or looping animation? Could have some potential, but I feel like it was hampered by the scenes being of wildly different quality and intensity. Potion to turn the girl into a futa ends with her jizzing a few spurts of cum while having her dick touch a hot surface, but another potion fills her head with visions of another student's wack-ass incestuous life at home? Wearing the all-girls' school uniform is just... a skimpy outfit, yet a different potion ends up with her experiencing the memories of someone else getting fucked by a tree.
Ultimately I feel like the end result of the whole game was... middling at best. The occasional esoteric puzzle didn't really justify some of the blander scenes, and the in-depth scenes didn't really make up for the "just clicking on things in the right order at the right time" gameplay.
