Perhaps you were using the multimod, and what version of the mod and what version of the game? Because previous runs with the mod were skipping first half of the Realm 3, I think it is fixed now I did a test speedrun with it (version 1.02 of the mod) and saw all scenes.
Or you only lacking those 2 scenes with Kali and nothing else until the Seraphina scene because there is also 4 scenes with Leylala solo, 1 with Naya solo, 1 with Morwen, 1 with Idril and 1 with Kagome if siding with Demons, until the place skip bugged it before. Probably also a few cinematics.
Edit : Also if you gonna use the mod make sure you download the latest version, the one in attachement is still v1.00, use the Mega link to get the v1.02.

WTF? Wasted update download. I only played 30 seconds (or so) and it was DONE! Not cool. I won't be downloading next time.
Okay I might have used the one in the attachment. I will redownload and give it a try and see if that fixes my issue

I see they are also in the attachements but since it wasn't working yesterday the modder couldn't edit them and update them.
I did the test run going back to the last saves of R1&2 and getting new saves transfers for R3 with the mod installed. But since I bypassed the mod bug before by making saves with an unmodded install in the end of R1&2 (that way the first half of R3 wasn't skipped). So I still used those saves on the modded install now and made the transfer saves so I'm not sure if I still bypassed it (that is why I asked the modder in the mod thread if was really fixed, no reply so far).
Sorry if is confusing, but its better to go to the mod thread and see last posts where I have a post of my own explaining it, maybe better and less confusing hehe even myself reading what I wrote I'm confused
