Mood. I'm petite and flat-chested IRL, and while I may be on the shorter side, I'm certainly not anything someone would mistake for a child, even with my perpetual babyface.

It has nothing to do with being too tall. She's just not a loli nor really looks like one, especially in the context of the game and its art style anyway.

Then again I've seen people re-define terms on their own in other threads so eh. Someone legit told me being flat automatically makes them a loli. So they could be a flat 10 foot tall old lady with bulging muscles and it'd be a loli I guess.
