I'm in a loop. i finish everything but still I have a quest "wait for news about the festival" I literally did everything and everyjob is repeating now + univisity has no more content, but still didn't find the solution.

That is not the long black barrel people playing the sub route want to be staring down for 10+ minutes.
Funnily enough, I'm playing the dom route. And I left it running in the background. It's still stuck there.
Just started this game. Most of the pictures wont load. it just gives me the little "thumbnail" icon
