need to talk mom in living room about it, then talk to Julia about it, then you return to mom. All you need to do is trigger 3some scene with Julia, Mom and Jason in Julia's room.
To do that, you must have completed Julia's break up with Rick and anal training, catch Julia at her room door, trick her so you can sneak inside and hide in closet, Janice will come they will talk about Julia being jealous over Jason and have steamy lesbian sex.
Then because Julia broke up with Rick and all, she will be sad in her room during 8-10? don't remember need to check WT. Catch her during that time, initiating scene will have change to Janice appear and join you. After that you can go at it in pool with mom

The option "Ask for the help" doesn't appear. All I can do is click "Talk". I've gone back and checked all events with Kendra and Michelle and fairly certain I have done everything for both.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Is there any way to get Janice to visit you during the night as you can with Julia?
What I mean is, you can go to Julia's room when she is there and ask her to visit you, but I have tried every location with Janice and haven't seen the option with her.

Anyone else not able to see the characters when you're in the hospital bed?
In the living room when John first comes back to the house, there's a option to ask her to visit you at night. The option disappears after a while so then it reverts back to her showing up randomly at night. Just keep sleeping until she shows up.
Probably a bug. Wait for v0.50 final.
