I like that we have some customization for the MC going, but I hope that it goes further. He's somehow both too tall and too short to make full use of some of the restraint positions.
I'd also like to see some more extreme insertions (with the penis, we already have some rather large toys) and some bulging/inflation even, since we already have a theme going with fluids. Nothing quite says 'defeated' like struggling to pump a swollen belly full of cum out of their gaping asshole.
