There's very little lesbian sex in the game. The scenes I can think of are some F/F hookups from yoga classes in the gym, and I think a threesome?
One of the romances routes has an option for Tomie to be the dom in the relationship.
So, again, not a lot. Everything in the tags is in the game, but the main focus of the game is Tomie being harassed, degraded and fucked by guys.

in general, nobody shares the Patreon releases. instead, you wait a month to get the public release (uploaded by the dev)

How do I get the prince chain of events in the subway? I have gotten to the part where he introduces himself and steps in to protect tomie but he seems to lose interest and I never see him again. For reference, Tomie has the cosplay outfit equipped.
when i download and replace the 0.75 version and try to start the game it became like this any1 can help?

I always do it in the 'base' screen where Tomie can choose to go to the city, to call someone etc.

it was the keyboard: in the italian keyboard that button is the character "\".
I configured the keayboard to work like an english keyboard and now it works.
They worked on the first 'expansion' version so they should still work probably.
There's a options to stop auto save? cuz every time when i sleep to next days it's gonna save and make it slower and crash a lot to run game and I have to go find files auto save in save file to delete it all for make game smoother
Does anyone know how to get bad karma? I only know that Tomie can ignore the child in the back alley to get some. Is there another way?

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that the only way to get, for instance, the 'Eternal Petal' trait offered at the beginning of the game [where you start with 1 achievement point] is to repeatedly play the game?
Additionally, it would appear that the debug codes appear to not be working. For example, ' iwanteasymode ' doesn't add any points for use in AP Menu for skills and fetishes.
