If you already have max trauma and you get another trauma, then it is turned into Stress or Depression, i don't remember. Maybe it got changed.
After 100 days the only achievements you can get are the achievements by taking the red pill.
The infinity hourglass lets you get all achievement even after 100 days have passed.
