all three still work.
nightvisit one happens every time if nightvisit's are set to default frequency so just set to high, its still rare and good.
as for violate, pretty sure it had to do with deflowering and a bardbed baseball bat.

If you look back at page 205, the tomie dev was forced to quit developing adult games due to personal reasons. They were lamenting good projects like this one being forced to end.
