correct. her body and picture won't change when she gains weight (i.e., there's no weight-related inflation stuff in the game).
you can play as a pregnant tomie, and there are also sex scenes with a pregnant tomie. after the baby is born, you'll play as a non-pregnant tomie again.
and yes, there are also pregnancy endings

Works fine for me on the newest version. You sure all the stats are correct? I made that mistake a few times by forgetting to set Corruption lower than 50
He used HoneySelect 2 but I didn't find the character cards, I understand the mods were done by other people, did they create their own cards or did they find one? I don't think there are character models in the game files.
