Which endings are available in the current version of the game? Is the doctor's ending already developed? I can't get to make it work...

I've achieved all endings except 2 (baghead slut and Tomie in Wonderland), so I know most endings are available (though some require more grind than others). Also, at which part are you struggling with the doctor ending?
I travel with Mari, but She still doesn't talk about the beach

Did you get keywords from Yoga?
After that, Tomie can open Handen beach by contacting Mari.
However, in the current version, there is a bug where you cannot contact Mari, so you have to wait until Mari calls Tomie.
The next version to be released on September 5 contains a fix for it.

yeah that would be amazingI am hoping that our brave modder could come back and add some scenes to some only black scenes as well as adding more violent content especially for the slum and homeless parts.
I mean, I had dinner and all, but after that, when I go to the clinic the only option that I got is "body examination" and nothing else happens no matter how many times I go there... There is anything else that I should do? But I did not want to spoil anyone else's game, so, no problem if you can't help in that way...

For anyone struggling with this, this is what I did to achieve the ending:
- Become a volunteer nurse after reading about in a flyer distributed by flyer girl (if you want to speed this step up, go to the city, select 'Street', select the option that decreases willpower by 40 points, go to the next page and find the flyer girl option)
- Keep volunteering as a nurse and work on raising Tomie's attractiveness and elegance stats until it's more than 300 points combined.
- At some point, after meeting dr. Nisemono in the elevator multiple times, he'll ask Tomie to dinner. To have a succesful dinner, Tomie needs 100 elegance/culture points (first time I did it, Tomie had 96 elegance/culture points and the dinner failed). The dinner event is repeatable, so don't worry if you fail at first. To get 100 elegance/culture point, you can dump skill points on a stat that raises this or you can raise this stat in the library by 1.6 points each time. However, it will decrease by 4 points [!] if Tomie gets pissed on by that old dude in his home, so after getting invited, consider not volunteering as a nurse anymore until Tomie has had a succesful dinner with him.
- After having had dinner with him, visit his room after visiting patients as a volunteer nurse. If submissiveness is >40, then Tomie can ask if he has other needs (never give him a bj though).
- After doing this about 4-5 times, dr. Nisemono wants to have sex, but Tomie needs to have a hymen for this, so go to the clinic e.g. the day before and select hymen reparation surgery.
- After having sex twice, he'll ask Tomie to become his concubine and the ending will unlock

Is there a way to stop the break-in event from happening every single night? The grind of it is just so excessive.
