Grind how? Do asking them the same questions give stats? When i saw the dialogue repeats itself i avoid speaking to the character

Yeah, just keep talking to them and eventually you can get them into the hot tub, and then keep doing it until you can get them in there naked. It's a bit mind-numbing right now.
