Nah man not blaming you, it's neat that it works.
The thing with it just not allowing you to progress is very random, i've yet to recreate it unless i load the exact day it breaks and it might be more just the game itself.

Okey good news. Managed to fix the errors i didnt atleast encounter any
If you or anyone else see any pleas let me know
Edit: I will polish the translation later on if no errors is encountered

The game seems a lot more stable, I have yet to see a menu or decision just vanish like it did before.
However, the ''thoughts'' option is broken, if you click on say ''claw'' and then ''cute'' you will be stuck with syntax errors, forcing you to close the game with task manager. I've only tested it twice but so far all the other options seem to do the same.
I think it might also be inadvertently soft locking the game as I am unable to raise my relationship with the evil demon god enough, max I've been able to do is 30% however it still results in me being killed. I suspect that since you can call her features cool/cute/ect that you should be able to raise it via that menu.

Another two things I've noticed.
You have to skip the days where she sucks your blood as otherwise you softlock yourself with menu's disappearing. (Edit: This seems more like a game issue, repeated this in the untranslated game itself)
Edit:2 Kinda hard to replicate it, I've ran through the same thing untranslated thrice now and it hasn't happened again.
The ''Consultation'' option seems to vanish after the second time she drinks your blood, unsure if this is intended to happen going to check this with the untranslated version.

Yea i think its been a major fuck up on my end
Or fuck up dunno. There seems to be some script calls hidden in the text occasionally
However im not sure. Im checking everything again, but im about halfway and it works for me now so dunno. Just gonna continue

So there's a major crash to my end when the character are doing activity at bed if you know what I meant and it's something to do with macro_base.ks:822
I don't know if this actually helping you figuring out what the cause of it's since I'm not really understanding it myself but I'm guessing it's something to do with the character image or the UI translation with the game itself.

I did i quick test pressing random buttons and answers so on. I dont get any error, but since u are at another place could you test again? If you could recreate what you did before the error occurred and let me know if it works or not?

using that patch if you ask the question on vampire analogies it crashes with a error:macro _bace.ks478
It also crashes when you try to end day 26 with a Error_base.ks:477

I managed to fix both errors i belive.
I can atleast get over 26 and the vampire stuff
I dont know if i need to say this but start on a clean game the original non modified
