my absolute favorites are...
lysithea, tania, and pan
probably lysithea is #1, like fuck, you don't see girls like that in h-games she looks like a priestess straight out of a SFW rpg with that long dress
tania is just fucking cute
and pan too, her chinese fighting girl design is something you don't see often in h games either

anyone knows other hgames with similar looking girls?

Fully agree on tania and pan, pan is my fav due to the chara design, but instead of lysithea I'd go with tia :3.
Game wise I havent really seen many games with similar art style to poison but if you are looking at just multiple heroines tag I'd suggest to try Dohna dohna. Main chara is male but a lot of the side chara are females and the art style is awsome. If you want and rpg you can still try a poison game made from a branch studio called "And the hero was never seen again"; decent game but not superb (main chara is a female with also 2 other side female chara dont want to spoil more). I'll try to dig some game on dlsite and other sources just out of curiosity

I wouldnt say almost but they did the big part. As far as I know they need to finish all the voice line recording cause atm they only found the VA for the chara. I'd say after that comes the final bug fixes and we can hope for almost certain release date

and i wanna play the hero too, when it was under development i was EXTREMELY excited but when it released and i translated the OP for the first time and saw that the MC is a boy turned girl it was a HUUUUUUUGE disappointment
i just hate that
though i still want to play it, at the very least the other girls are cute, the pink haired one with glasses is perfect

As of now no. But, considering the old history of kagura publishing poison games in the past, they will defenetly pick it up and release it uncensored
