It is an "official partial", only the texts are translated into poor but understandable English with omissions such as this one:

I'm considering doing so, but time isn't something I have a lot of.

Edit-Ok, looking at it to give a idea what is in the back end and it's not pretty, no common events, no plugins, everything had to be decrypted, ect. Also a original Japanese version may or may not be a asset for when the translation is unintelligible nonsense, if you know a link to it. No promises I'll get to it anytime soon, but at the very least I wanted to look at it and save some time if someone else thinks to try.

Nvm, if you want the full gallerie just go to the dogs hutt down the ladder and go south where the lamp is, than everything unlocks. (IM not sure if you must have one ending first tho)
