Now I know what's inside 718MB size of the game, it can't just be a plain simple game, after trying to do true end it gives me totally different vibe lol
"B Rank to S Rank: You can generally reach B rank around the 6th week. You'll be able to use conversation, kiss, and toy commands. 'Make perform oral', 'Insert penis', and 'Insert in anus' commands also become available, but using them will result in a penalty after completion. However, after using these 3 commands, you won't be rejected due to wariness level, so using these 3 commands is more efficient than seriously engaging in foreplay. This game has so much wasted potential it's unreal. The animation is REALLY good but with the exception of foreplay it has only 3 H-scenes, in which you can only unlocked after hours and hours of grind for only 3 main commands.

Everything cool, thanks for the transalation but the png file first needs to be renamed to - おさわりボタン if it automatically gets renamed as something else in english and furthermore the file needs to be reconverted to png in order to work cause for my case the png file was still showing white background
