It already has a full save in it, and BGM is set to 0% apparently. If you want to enable the BGM, hit F1 -> Settings -> Sound and it should be in there.

Thank you, still is there any possibility of having and eng translation? The game was kinda successful on Dlsite so it's strange we don't have a translation yet...

Whether the dev will put out an official translation or not, I can't actually say. I've got no clue about that.
MTool does work for this game, so that's always an option. If I recall correctly, a fan translation can be made through it as well. Though I don't remember if it requires the paid version or not.
I would do it myself but... unfortunately I have neither the time nor the drive to do so, as I've been made painfully aware of by past efforts to do so for other games.
